Elena Laleva and Peter Pelov are a family, both restorers who have practicing the profession for
fifteen years now. For the period of ten consecutive years Peter and Elena participated in teams of
companies that restored the following world famous sites - Villa dei Misteri and Casa dell'Efebo in
Pompeii, the Palatine Chapel in Palermo, Villa Romana del Casale close to the town of Piazza
Armerina, Italy; the Palace of Catherine the Great in the town of Pushkin, Russia, and many others.
Studying classical ancient techniques and restoring monuments of world importance
inspire them for a variety of experiments as well as creating their own works – mural paintings,
frescoes, icons, paintings, ceramic works, replicas.
